Customer service is one of the cornerstones of our business.  You can’t have a successful business without happy clients, so keeping them happy and engaged is critical to our success at Mission Signs.  Many of our clients don’t have the time or the resources to develop effective signage and marketing material on their own.  That’s where we come in.  Communication is key, and that’s how we make sure our work is timely, professional and on target with our client’s needs.

Consultation
We start by listening and discussing what our clients are trying to achieve.  We do our best to understand their business, products, clients and goals before we even start to talk about signage.  We never start with a catalog.  Each customer is unique, and it is critical that we understand our clients before we can development a solution for them.

 

Design and Review
Once we understand the client’s needs, we begin the design and review process.  Our award winning graphic design department will develop a concept based on the results of the initial consultation.  Forethought into how the signage will ultimately be used is also incorporated into the design.  The concepts are then reviewed with the client for feedback or approval.  Once the designs are finalized, we then move into production.

Production
As part of the design and review process, we always incorporate the manufacturability of the concept.  It doesn’t do us any good if the design can’t be translated to a finished product.  We use state-of-the-art computer driven printers, plotters, cutters and routers to produce the customer’s signage in a timely fashion.  We work very hard to make sure that the design concept shines through in production.  Once production is finished, we are ready for installation.

Installation
Not all of what we produce requires installation.  With some items, we simply manufacture the material and the customer takes it from there.  However, in many cases, our customers need our expertise in installation as well.  Nothing looks worse than having an awesome sign that’s installed crooked!  With our installation services, we take great care that the products we produce are installed safely and correctly.  We work with local villages and utility services to make sure that there are no problems with the installation.  If a sign permit is needed, we will fill out and file the appropriate paperwork with the local authorities.
